All appointments booked through our website are subject to availability. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking and apply to all appointments.

Message Categories
Lavie Bella Head Spa sends two categories of text messages:
- Transactional Messages — Appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service-related updates. These messages are sent from (657) 485-0391.
- Marketing Messages — Promotional offers, giveaway updates, referral notifications, scalp health tips, and special event announcements. These messages are sent from (657) 478-7731.
Message Frequency
Transactional messages are triggered by your appointments (typically 2-4 per visit). Marketing messages are limited to approximately 4-6 per month. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.
Consent
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Lavie Bella Head Spa. You may book appointments, purchase gift cards, enter giveaways, or use any of our services without opting in to text messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from either number to unsubscribe. You may also text any of the following keywords: QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program is supported on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging platform. 5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service and security standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavie Bella Head Spa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
