SMS Terms & Conditions

This page describes the SMS messaging program operated by Lavie Bella Head Spa LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Lavie Bella Head Spa, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Description

Lavie Bella Head Spa operates two SMS messaging programs:

  • Customer Care Messages — Appointment booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, 1-hour reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and reschedule or cancellation notifications for clients of Lavie Bella Head Spa. These messages are sent from (657) 485-0391.
  • Marketing Messages — Personalized scalp care recommendations, booking reminders based on quiz results, promotional offers, and scalp health tips. These messages are sent from (657) 478-7731.

2. How You Opt In

You will only receive SMS messages from Lavie Bella Head Spa if you have explicitly opted in through one of the following methods:

  • In-Person Intake Form: When you visit our spa, you may provide your phone number and SMS consent on our printed client intake form. The form includes the following consent language: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages from Lavie Bella Head Spa. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. See our SMS Terms at laviebella.com/sms-terms and Privacy Policy at laviebella.com/privacy-policy."
  • Verbal Consent: When you call or text our business number at (657) 528-5239 to book an appointment, you may verbally agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder messages. Our staff will inform you that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.
  • Online Scalp Health Quiz: When you complete the scalp health quiz at laviebella.com/scalp-quiz, you may check the consent box to receive marketing text messages including personalized scalp care recommendations and booking reminders based on your quiz results.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Lavie Bella Head Spa. You may book appointments, purchase gift cards, or use any of our services without opting in to text messages.

3. Message Frequency

Customer care messages are triggered by your appointments — typically 2–4 messages per visit (confirmation, reminders, and follow-up). Marketing messages are limited to approximately 4–6 per month. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text any of the following keywords: QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message from Lavie Bella Head Spa confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any additional messages from that number unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging platform who assist in delivering messages on our behalf.

We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable federal and state laws regarding SMS communications.

9. Age Requirement
